BEEF.
At BlackBurgers, every stage of our beef supply chain is handled with great care, beginning right at the source—the farms. Our beef is sourced exclusively from independent farmers dedicated to raising native breeds such as Dexter, Hereford, and South Devon over many years. Our cattle enjoy a natural, grass-fed diet that they graze on themselves. After leaving the farm, the beef is aged on the bone for 25 to 40 days at our butcher's, enhancing its flavour through moisture reduction. Our meticulous blend of cuts results from the dedication of our farmers and butchers to deliver exceptional beef, which we proudly showcase in our burgers.
BUN.
The burger as we know it wasn't born until minced beef found its way between two slices of bread. After sampling hundreds of buns, we partnered with an artisan bakery in London to create our perfect bun. Baked daily, this bun highlights the quality of our beef while maintaining the burger's integrity.
POTATOES.
Our fries start as whole potatoes and are hand-cut on-site to achieve that perfect, fluffy inside and crispy outside. At BlackBurgers, we cook your fries fresh when you order them, with no heat lamps involved.
PACKAGING.
At BlackBurgers, we are deeply committed to social responsibility. Since 2022, we've been phasing out all single-use plastics. Our packaging—from containers to straws and pint cups—is either biodegradable or recyclable, all plant-based.
