Growing up in Shordeitch, I always had a passion for food. It wasn't just about eating; it was about the experience, the way flavors could transport you to another place and time. My love for cooking was born in my grandmother's kitchen, where she'd whip up hearty meals from scratch, infusing every dish with love and nostalgia.

After years of honing my skills in culinary school and working in various kitchens, I knew I wanted to create something of my own. I wanted to share my love for food with the world, but I needed to find my niche. That's when the idea of starting a burger joint hit me.
